This fabric is an extraordinary creation by Hilary Jane of flowers and butterflies in shades of blue, caramel, white and olive.  The front has fixed buttons with the top two able to open with snaps, with an oversized collar.  The skirt is full and gathers at the waist. This dress comes with a matching belt with a large flower medallion in the center.  There is a zip in the back for closure. Unlined.
